Since I have to write in PoweShell a working script on Windows 7, I need to know certain information about local accounts:

1) How do I add an account of Users or Administrators types, having a password and his name inserted in field "full name"?

2) How do I add or remove an account from the Users or Administrators groups?

3) How do I make the user's password never expire?

4) How do I set a password to an account already created?

5) How do I move one account to the Administrators from the Users group and vice versa?

6) How do I rename an account?
