RAM not showing on Ubuntu client.
I have manually installed the KACE client on some ubuntu machines and I don't see where RAM is shown on the summary or hardware screen for ubuntu clients. Am i missing it or is it not there? Is there an alternate way to get the client RAM config?

You should see Ram Information under Hardware section

I think I know why you aren't seeing the RAM info. I need to leave now. Will update by tomorrow. - AbhayR 11 years ago

Unfortunately this is a bug on Agent where it fails to report the RAM if total RAM is more than 4 GB. This issue has been identified and should be fixed in next release. In the meantime if you want to get that details, you can create a custom inventory rule to get the details for RAM.
