Rapideploy and Windows PE

I have a problem trying to use Rapideploy and Windows PE.
From what I can understand, Rapideploy produces a 16-bit image and
Windows PE won't have anything to do with 16-bit files.
Is there either a utility to convert Rapideploys files to 32-bit format, suitable
for Win PE, or an alternative?
