Report for full SQL Server installs
Has anyone come up with a reliable method to report on just full SQL Server Installs in K1000? I want to suppress the inclusion of Compact, Express, Management Studio, just and just get the list of servers that have a full install on them. I see the articles from 2012 in ITNinja, I tried them but they don't exclude the false positives.
Is there an attribute to query that is absolutely unique to a full SQL server install (SQL Server 2000 up through SQL Server 2016)?
