Reset Ticket Database to Zero
We have not went live with Kbox yet and have been using creating tickets as a training tool. Now that we are ready to go live is there anyway to reset the ticket count back to zero? I do not want to create a new organization and copy everything over. The information in these tickets are just tests and not live so losing the data means nothing.

scarpent,
If you absolutely sure....
You could use custom help desk rules and truncate the following tables:
HD_TICKET, HD_TICKET_CHANGE, HD_TICKET_CHANGE_FIELD
I think this would do it, but you may want to double check with support to see if there's anything I missed. Or even better have them do it for you.
Remember help desk rules are always AT YOUR OWN RISK and you should definitely back up your Kbox!
