Restart configuration manager - package requires reboot
I am deploying two packages via SCCM 2007(exe files). after the first package installs a reboot is required to install the second package. I have linked second program with the first program.
In the first program I have selected "Configmgr restarts computer" in the after runnning field. After a restart will the programs continue the second install? Or is there an easier way for this ?

Did you try suppressing reboot?

A reeboot is required for the second program.. So we need to restart the machine.. We need to implement something like task sequence... any idea?

I think it will continue after restart. In MDT I definitely know, in SCCM I am just betting. Why not try it on a VM before pushing it on to all the machines.
