Systems Deployment

Hi Folks

Now here is one for you all to muddle over scenario:-

54 Fujitsu-Siemens desktops with admtek AN983 onboard nic

I install an xpbase image on machine
Change machine for requirements - add printer etc.
Reprep.exe the image to Ris server
Push it out to another machine and after it copies files and restarts it says pci.sys invalid or corrupt.

But I put an intelpro 10/100 card into the machine and it built from the image no probs.

Any info would be greatly appreciated as this is driving me mad.[:@]

Any suggestions greatly recieved.
