RunAsAdmin, RunAsHighest & RunAsInvoker shim

I have an application shortcut, which prompts for UAC during launching. Which shim is recommended to use in this scenario.

And what is the difference between RunAsAdmin, RunAsHighest & RunAsInvoker shims.
