SAML Configuration in Rapid Recovery 6.7

Has anyone set up SAML authentication in Rapid Recovery 6.7?

I have been trying and the technical document doesn't line up at all with either Azure or Okta.

I even have a case open with Quest concerning this as the technician I was working with also said that the documentation is quite confusing, and the fields don't line up to the instruction doc.
