Save button goes gray in Service Desk ticket when looking up email - KBOX, K1000 MGT APPL. Version 6.4.120261
When I click on the email link to lookup a user's info, the Save button is no longer active in the ticket. In order to get the button active again I have to hit "Back to Tickets" link where I am provided with popup that asks "discard changes and continue." I choose "no" and the Save button is active again. Is there a fix to this issue?
