SCCM 2012: Uninstall greyed out in Software Center when using more Deployment Types
Hi,
We face a problem when deploying any software with more than one deployment types in SCCM 2012.
For instance, a x64 and a x86 version of a certain software (changing requirements to install on correct OS).
Software is installed without any issues.
However, the uninstall button is greyed out.
When removing one of the deployment types, the Uninstall button is not greyed out.
The uninstall program is correct as it works when working only with one deployment type.
I know this was a known bug and should have been solved with CU1 (kb2938441)
However, we have CU3 installed (kb2994331)
Client version 5.00.7958.1000
Is there anything I'm doing wrong that you guys know of?
Thank you

Hi guys,
I just came across this table which shows the ConfigMgr client versions:
Release/Update | Version | Build |
ConfigMgr 2012 RTM | 5.00.7711.0000 | 7711 |
ConfigMgr 2012 SP1 | 5.00.7804.1000 | 7804 |
ConfigMgr 2012 SP1 CU1 | 5.00.7804.1202 | 7804 |
ConfigMgr 2012 SP1 CU2 | 5.00.7804.1300 | 7804 |
ConfigMgr 2012 SP1 CU3 | 5.00.7804.1400 | 7804 |
ConfigMgr 2012 SP1 CU4 | 5.00.7804.1500 | 7804 |
ConfigMgr 2012 SP1 CU5 | 5.00.7804.1600 | 7804 |
ConfigMgr 2012 R2 | 5.00.7958.1000 | 7958 |
ConfigMgr 2012 R2 CU1 | 5.00.7958.1203 | 7958 |
ConfigMgr 2012 R2 CU2 | 5.00.7958.1303 | 7958 |
ConfigMgr 2012 R2 CU3 | 5.00.7958.1401 | 7958 |
As my client version is 5.00.7958.1000 it means that no CU update is applied.
Microsoft fixed this bug as of CU1.
I'll try to update my client to the latest version tomorrow and get back to you with my results.

He didn't know why this was happening as it should have been solved with the CU1 update. - dinci5 9 years ago
