SCCM uninstall Cisco Agent Desktop - Install newer version
I'm looking for anything that already exists on uninstalling Cisco Desktop Agent via SCCM. Ultimately I think I'm going to have to make a task that uninstalls A. Desktop Admin B. Desktop Agent and C. Desktop Supervisor, then reboots the computer, then installs Desktop Admin. At this point I'd be happy with even a jumping off point for uninstalling just Desktop Agent. I'm wondering if it has to be registry keys or if there is an uninstall commandline with switches. I'd appreciate any heads up. Thanks!

Were you able to develop a script or something to deploy with SCCM? If so please share. - buzzlit 9 years ago

search for cisco in the registry under the key set HLKM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
for any uninstallers that are listed. if you get a hit on cisco look in that numbered keyset for the name of the software you want to uninstall if it is the correct one, try the UninstallString listed.
