Script to unreg .dll run as admin?

I need to occasionally unreg/reg .dll's after windows updates as it causes an error with another one of our programs.  Our employees do not have admin rights on Win 7.  Is there anyway to script this and have it able to run as admin so I don't have to go to every computer each time this happens?
