Scripting remote assistance
Does anyone know any way of scripting remote assistance? I want to use this so that all users have to do is double click on a file, and it will automatically send a remote assistance request to a predefined email address?
I have actually made one using a scripting program that pushes buttons etc for you, but it is clunky to say the least.
Microsoft seem to have made it impossible to script this, but does anyone know any different?
