Curious about SCCM SelfService Portal

Im searching for some tools that can be connect to SCCM 2007 and 2012 to make it a seft servic portal 4 useres, wher they can request software, approvals. I know that 2012 got it but a want a other solution tha works in 2007 as well. So like Flexera App portal

For SCCM 2007 the market is a bit dead. Most providers focus their development on supporting their User Centric Application management through native SCCM 2012 technology or through plug-ins and shells over SCCM 2012. (Citrix Xen delivery, Flexera AppPortal ea)
If you are stuck with SCCM 2007 and need the functionality right now AppPortal is your best option right now.
