Silent Installation of QT Eclipse Integration

If I install Qt Eclipse Integraton with /S-Parameter, it only installs a few files, but many files and also the .exe are missing. What's the problem?

Also, the /D Parameter doesn't work. It should set the installation Directory (f.e. /D=C:\Program Files\QT), but it doesn't do anything
