Site List for Security Setting Level in JRE 7 Update 45

Is there a way to manage the secruity setting level by application/site listing, much in the way that IE Trusted Sites are handled?

We have a few applications that need to have this set to Medium, but our security team does not want this set to Medium for all Java applications.
