Size of inventory data when KACE agent send inventory data to server KACE.
I have concern about, how much size of string/inventory data that agent KACE
send during inventory. i have plan to install 5000 agent on each PC,
so how much bandwidth is needed when KACE agent send inventory data to server KACE.

this really depends on the client usage and what you are doing with the appliance.
If you set the agent check in times to a good time (not the default 2hr, which could be very problematic with 5000, 6-8hr would be a good thing) there is no concern for the database updates.
If you plan to use the agents for more than the plain inventory you also should have replication shares on the remote locations so no internet bandwith is used (sometimes it is also smart to have a local repl share where the KACE is located if SMB is working but https downloads are not wanted
