Smart labels for patch subscriptions
Hi!
I'm currently working with smart labels. I'm able to create labels to narrow down patches to say Adobe Flash Player patches that are not superceded and apply those our detect and deploy schedules.
The problem that I'm facing is that I only have updates for Windows 7 and Office 2010 while we have new systems with Windows 10 and Office 2016. I created smart labels as almost an exact copy of the Office 2010 version for Office 2016 and it does not show any patches (obviously, because they were never downloaded). But when I apply that label to the subscriptions it does not do anything. So I'm obviously doing something wrong here but I cannot seem to figure out what exactly.
So my question is, how do you guys download updates such as Office 2016, Java and Reader? I'd like to compare some of your labels with my own to see what I do wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check your patch subscription settings to make sure that you are subscribed to those other patches. Also, KACE won't download the new patches until they are detected as needed on machines.

have you run a detect only with no restrictions on the win10 office 16 boxes? This will then tell the system what patches are needed to download and then you can go to system and run now the patch download. can you add a screen of your patch download settings also
