SMART Notebook 10 and Lego Mindstorms: Notebook prompted to install Features when Mindstorms Launches?

Testing out a recent deployment I am finding that when a user launches Lego Mindstorms, SMART Notebook will then start installing features. It seems to have 5 or 6 installation processes, and then finally Mindstorms will launch and open without issue.

Has anyone come across a similar issue? Is there any way of preventing SMART Notebook from loading whatever it is trying to load? Where is the Windows 7 configuration that tells it should be loading something?

I don't have any issue like this with any other apps, just Lego Mindstorms. Very weird.

make sure you hook the robot up when you install so the drivers get set up right.
