Some Notifications delayed

We recently migrated our on prem kace appliance to azure. For the most part everything is working as expected with the exception of the owner change notification which seems to be taking a couple hours to send. We have run through every config / setting we could think of and are coming up empty. Any thoughts?

How did you build it? Did you use the kace server from the marketplace? If not, Id be a little concerned about that.. but not overly.
If other canned messages have no delay I dont know why that one would.

Someone else had an issue similar.
"found the issue, it was Kace timing server under Date and Time settings. We updated to our NTP server and this resolved the issue."
