Storing Personal Information Exchange certificate from *.p12 file with script

Hi,

I'd like writing a script. I want to trigger the certificate installation wizard: I want to install an electronic signature certificate from a password-protected p12 file in the user's own profile, which would also be password-protected. Can this be done from the command line (under Windows 10)?
