The software noted in the dialogue is a pre-req for the being installed.
Having the C++ runtime in place prior to running the MSI should mean that the installer doesn't prompt for it as it would have validated that it is already present on the machine.
With a managed installation, chain the pre-req to run before the main installer to ensure the prompt is not shown.

Got the necessary setting to suppress the above screen.
We need to keep the third checkbox checked in the below screen of respective prerequisiste page.
