Does anyone know if there is a size limit on attachments to service desk tickets?

It's probably 1.5gb if attached through UI. On email I don't know.

Email limits would be up to your mail server, but mail servers don't handle much over 200MB in attachments typically. As gerald says- the browser limitation of ~1.5 GB is likely; but if file attachments are that large I'd encourage using other storage and linking to the file in the ticket, else you run the risk of quickly filling your K1000, as there's no easy way to purge large attachments in the UI at present.

It's implied in all my answers that I'm asking "why are you doing what you are doing?"

Are you having an issue? Or are you planning something for expected attachments?

Well, we are just planning ahead. We are going to start using the service desk in a campus environment and we do have groups that will submit videos for editing time to time. I could not find any documentation on the subject.

Videos for editing sounds like it could take up space quickly. Especially since you cannot delete attachments without deleting entire tickets AND if you upload the same file in different comments that is two separate files on kbox.

Maybe they could upload a link to the file on some working directory?
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
