Unable to install the application Kanjyo Bugyo5.53 silently

Hi All,

i am packaging the application Kanjyo Bugyo(KanjyoBugyo21 ver4) with 5.53 version(japanese language).Application installs SQL server 2005 express edition. We are able to install  SQL server silently, but not able to install the main app silently.

If anyone worked on this app please suggest the best method to package this application.
