UNC Path Condition

Hi All,

As part of an application, I need to change the UNC path condition. I can do it directly in the MSI or MST , locating the launch condition table UNC_PATH <> “TRUE” and changing Field Content to 1.

But is there a way I can add as part of my installation script, instead of editing in the MSI or MST, Is there a Property for this UNC_PATH, ( for example, ALLUSERS=1, can be added along with the installation script, msiexec /i pkg.msi ALLUSERS=1 )

Please Guide

Since UNC_PATH is a public property you can pass it on the commandline, just like ALLUSERS

Problem is there's probably a system search or custom action that (re)sets the value of it in the execution of the MSI.

Thanks , I solved the problem, by editing in the MST itself.
