Uninstall a program that was installed by a different user...

I need to uninstall a program that was installed per user not all users. The problem is that the user that originally installed the program is no longer around.

Is there a way to load every users's user.dat and then uninstall a program or any other way this can be accomplished?

Reading between the lines of your post, do I take it that this was deployed by Group Policy? Is his account still present? If so, just have his password reset, take the account out of the relevant group, wait 20 minutes or so for AD to replicate and log in with his account. As you log in, you should see Group Policy forcing the uninstal.

BTW, this is the wrong forum for your post. If anywhere, it should be in 'Package Development'.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
