the underlying installer is an msi, so it should be something along the lines of
msiexec.exe /x {ProductCode} /qb-
To find the productcode, look in the registry under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall for the UninstallString
