I have setup a user download item, for the Downloads section for user portal. I am attempting to restrict the visibility of a download item by a smart label. The smart label filters out devices with a system name containing a particular prefix (our office prefixes). When I apply the label to the user download item, the item becomes invisible to myself and everyone else, even though my device contains a prefix searched for in the smart label. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. The smart label works and the user download works when no smart label is applied. Could someone point me in the right direction, please? Thank you.
