User State Migration for XP
Where can I download this tool, and is anyone successful using it?
I am doing and NT 4.0 Workstation to XP migration, clean install, and would like to use savesate/loadstate if it is too "dirty".
Thanks.

Microsoft is releasing USMT 2.6 this month. If you search the web for USMT, you'll find the beta invite. I'd wait a little more for the actual post to Microsoft's site.
I've used the 2.6 betas quite a bit and the stability improvements from USMT 2.5 are impressive. The 2.6 RC0 beta has run flawlessly on 10,000 desktops, where as 2.5 had occasional crashes and data corruption. The new features in 2.6 are multi-user support, plus a bunch of misc improvements such as EFS options and improved progress logs.
To find USMT, just search on microsoft.com.
