It absolutely depends on the error. Remember, too, that the CUBs aren't 100% foolproof, flagging stuff as errors when the scenario is unavoidable. I'm thinking in particular about its confusion with the use of the ALLUSERS property. You'll see all manner of errors about, for example, the destination directory of shortcuts.
