What is the command for automattically uninstalling Cognos 9.5.0 of users workstations
As much as I want to I do not want to manually uninstall on 70 workstations

If the above is correct, it seems like the underlying installer is an msi. You might want to search HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall for the UninstallString for this product.
