What is the difference between Foxit reader and Foxit reader ML in patch catalog.

I am trying to do patch updates for Foxit editor and I see one that contains "ML" at the end. What is the difference between reader and reader ML?

That would be more of a question for the software vendor (Foxit). I believe ML is Multi-Language
