What is the easiest way to deploy MS Word, Powerpoint Template to all users in an organisation

I would like to deploy a word template and PowerPoint template to all the users in my organisation to meet the standard requirement within the Org. We want our users to have a uniform template across the whole Org.

And also, can a generic font be set for  users on outlook where by all users have the same font for composing and replying of messages.

i would import the office gpo templates into your enviroment and then create a policy that sets the following

User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Microsoft Office 20xx System\Shared Paths\Workgroup Templates path

and define that as a path that users can access, either network or local, then deploy the templates to that location

We set a GPO to define the local path to the Office templates and then use Kace to run a robocopy script to sync the files once a month.  If changes need to be pushed sooner we run the script manually.

GPO:

Admin Templates / MS Office Shared paths / user template path

Sync Script:

robocopy [Network location]:\templates C:\templates /mir

This works great for keeping laptops synced with the latest template changes
