I *believe* it gets set to Null but how hard can it be to test the outcome for yourself?!?

It will default to NULL.. i.e, The installer does a per-user installation.

If the Value of ALLUSERS property is not 1 r 2 , installer will set the value of ALLUSERS property to NULL at the time of installation and hence it will do per user installation. After ALLUSERS=2 it will accept the value as NULL...
