It depends on the kind of files in the folder ofcourse.
But it looks like you are repackaging a 32 bit app on a 64 bit platform. Just repackage on a 32 bit system and then distribute to a 64 bit system. If your package is good on the 32 bit box the placement of 32 bit files on your 64 bit systems is managed automaticaly.
