Why can't I access my Samba shares? Please see the details regarding my environment GPO settings.
My environment enforces 'Microsoft Network Client: Digitally Sign Communications (Always) & (if Server agrees) via Group Policy. This causes access to the Samba shares on the KACE appliance to fail. I can not update drivers or create boot media. How can I fix this, or is there a way to get the KACE appliance to work with these settings? I have searched the forums for answers and find nothing, please help.

What version of the K2000 are you running?

1-With VMWARE Workstation or another virtualisation tool create a Windows 7/8 VM.
2-Do not join it to any domain and do not install any software on it
Are you able to access to the network share of the K2000 from there?!?!?!
If yes you found already a good solution...

Anyway when you will start to use the K2000 and your target device will boot using the KBE that is at the end WinPE3, 4, 5 or 10 with something more that OS (KBE) does not care about GPOs at all and it's not hardened as well...but it will hit run (even for a limited time) on your network...
I'd suggest to open a call with the support because I do not see any other solution here...they may be able to find a way to comply with your policies.
