Why does IT Ninja not accept email notifacation changes?
I made an account. I get annoying weekly emails and have attempted to unsub from them.
When I hit unsubscribe it said to log in and make the changes.
I do this, but when the page refreshes or when I go to another page it acts like the settings weren't changed.
Note that I don't see an "accept changes" or "save settings" button.
In a nut shell I can't unsubscribe from Email notifications on ITNinja. I've already surfed the site attempting to find a customer support or help page....no luck.
Anyone?

Im having this same issue, and its really frustrating. I no longer use the site but keep getting the digests regardless if I try turning them off or not. - xpdnz 10 years ago

If you cannot unsubscribe, then there's obviously an issue we weren't aware of. Thank you for letting us know and I'll enter a ticket and get it fixed in our next development cycle. In the meantime, I'll ask our team to unsubscribe you manually.

I believe it is something to do with your browser not the web site, I made changes to my notifications and a green bar flashed by. The setting changes hold when I go to other pages and back. Using FF 29.0.1

I'll give it a go on IE. I'm used to using mainly Firefox so that could be.
Looks like it's not working on IE either. I see the green bar that shows it made changes...but when I click off and come back the old settings are there. - cdittfurth 10 years ago-
