Windows XP cloning can't manage inventory KACE SMA 8.0
my customer using KACE SMA 6.4 have a trouble when manage inventory for win XP sp3. doing clone for windows XP and installation agent, with different KUID but only one of device can check in or manage inventory

Whilst I appreciate that not everybody gets to upgrade everything in line with support requirements, you are way beyond any version that support will look at. I would recommend that they get on to at least a 10.x version of the KACE SMA and potentially use agentless to manage their Windows XP machines.
