Win-Pro-7-64 does not recognize ZinioReader4.air

This file seems NOT to be excutable - I can find NO WAY to install Zinio-Reader-4 so that I can view PcWorld OnLine.

Is an AIR file excutable? My Win-7-Pro-64 does not seem to think so.
