You're supposed to create an application.xml.override file for the RoboHelp 9 install. I'd share the steps here, but those don't even work for me. Go figure. Google application.xml.override Robohelp. It's hit or miss for some people.

Use the Adobe Application Packager to build the installer: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773

Once created, there will be an msi in the output directory you chose with the Application Manager tool. The package can only be installed using the silent switch. I don't know why Adobe doesn't favor unattended installs showing install progress for these large suites that take a long time to install, but they don't. The install command is this:

msiexec.exe /i <installer.msi> /qn

IMPORTANT NOTE: UAC must be turned off to allow the installer to run.
