There are two installer. Customize Misys Homecare Client.msi by setting the server name and ip address is MHC.INI, and ISSETUPDRIVEN=1.

Install then doubleclick on SFClientLibs.exe to extract "Misys Homecare Security Framework Client.msi". This can be installed silently using ISSETUPDRIVEN=1 and standard /qb switch.
