I could not get the boot strapper to install silently for 9.5 so I just installed the extracted MSI in the following order:

1-ccc-core-preinstall.msi
2-Branding.msi
3-ccc-core-implementation.msi
4-ccc-graphics-Light.msi
5-ccc-graphics-full-existing.msi
6-ccc-hv-full.msi
7-ccc-graphics-full-new.msi
8-ccc-graphics-previews-common.msi
9-ccc-help-en-US.msi
10-ccc-utility.msi
11-ccc-core-static.msi

Installing these only produces one entry in ARP.

Note

I had to download the VisionTek SW package and use WinRAR to extract the files. Once extracted simply run /? on the CatXP\Bin\setup.exe to find the switches.
