Create and Admin install on a network drive used for software deployments. If you have multiple serial numbers, you can install them all to the same folder and they will be able to share install files, with separate customized INI files.
To remove Desktop shortcuts, you may need to do it through the GUI as well as the INI after the admin install is created:

CREATE_DESKTOP_SHORTCUT=NO
To silently uninstall:
