There is a service pack already available for Design Review, which comes as an installshield file.

to get the .msp for easy batching, run the installer and check your temp dir. there wil be a new folder containing a sp1.msp - that is all that is needed.

a simple msiexec /p "\\path\to\sp1.msp" to patch.

Note

Use the public property ADSK_DESIGN_REVIEW_SERIAL=###-######## to supply the serial number.

This is now a FREE product and you can get your serial from Autodesk's web site.

Also, if you want to suppress the initial dialog stating there's an update to the help file, use these 2 registry keys:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\Design Review\Settings\AutoUpdate
DWORD: DoNotShowAgain=1
DWORD: InitialCheck=1
