Command Line
I used Wise Package Studio to open/edit the "VoloView.msi". This gave me access to the dialogboxes for the MSI. Then found the "User Information Dialog". Here I found the exact name of the properties for this MSI. So finally my command line ended up like this:

msiexec /I VoloView.msi /qb-! ALLUSERS=1 USERNAME=x COMPANYNAME=x ACADSERIALPREFIX=xxx ACADSERIALNUMBER=xxxxxxxx

Command Line
After playing about and searching high and low I found the follow command worked for myself

msiexec.exe /i VoloView.msi /qb! ACADSERIALPREFIX=123 ACADSERIALNUMBER=45678912
