Although the BBS appliance is supposed to automatically upgrade the agent, it often doesn't. To keep everyone on the latest version I am now deploying this using the Kace 1000.

I override the default installation, do not prepend msiexec, and put the whole command in the box...

barracuda_backup_agent-6.0.02.exe -sp"-silent=yes -upgrade=Yes"

To create a smart list when looking for the version, I discovered that I need to use 'Display Version' and not 'Version Number'. The 'Version Number' for Barracuda is empty. The version is shown as a 'Display Version' and I said != 6.0.02-rel to identify all machines with older versions of the software installed.
