extract MSIs from setup.exe

Create setup.cmd with the following:
"ISScript8.Msi" /qb

"Choices_2009.msi" INSTALLDIR="C:\Program Files\CHOICES\" ADDLOCAL=MainApp,OnTrack,MainDBase ISSETUPDRIVEN=1 /L*v "%TEMP%\Choices_2009.log"

CAVEATS:
-Works but does not configure \Program Files\CHOICES\COMMON\wconfig.ini OR create shortcuts. This will have to be added after the fact or via an MST. (This is caused by using InstallScript instead of MSI to create shortcuts and configure the INI.)

- to get your values for ADDLOCAL= property:
-import the following reg file:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer]
"Logging"=hex(2):76,00,6f,00,69,00,63,00,65,00,77,00,61,00,72,00,6d,00,75,00, 70,00,00,00

-THEN do a manual install.
-Look in %TEMP%\MSI#####.LOG files for the *second* mention of ADDLOCAL=
