Basically the MSI was creating using the Scan and Capture technique. The real program came when the program decided to install user settings locally. By using the VBS script outlined below, I was able to copy the necessary default folder/file structure to new users.

I configured the ini file C:\Program Files\Mindscape\Mavis Beacon 8\MAVIS8.ini to always look under the users profile for the necessary settings so no further action was necessary. For example, user settings are copied from the C Drive to the N Drive.
