Run through the initial installation wizard on the CD and choose 'Create remote installation for users'. It will run through a wizard and ask you where you want to put the client software for deployment.
Once you have done this, run the 'rsetup.exe' file (not setup.exe) from a network share or logon script. Please note that when run, there is one screen which requires user interaction to complete the install. It does not seem to be completely silent which is a pain.
